the right thing to do would definetly be to raise. You dont want a 6 way flop with pocket 10's. It's a good starting hand at a limping table, you should try to take the pot down there, and if you get called your probably still in the lead anyways.

If you limp in with 1010, well, i don't respect you. It's bad to slow play BIG pairs. Very bad. You just have 1/8 chance to hit another ten. Put at least half your stack otherwise you'll loose against all suited, or aces, or faces. Almost evry hands indeed !
