I usually play rather conservative at sitngos to and it seems to work just fine......but you have to adjust your playing style to your opponents......if they are tight play more aggressive.....if they are aggressive wait for good cards and raise then.....it also depends on what stakes you are playing.....at lower levels people tend to take more chances......

There are some good hints on SNGs in Roy Rounder's eBook. Just google for "no limit secrets roy rounder".

I tend to play $6 - $20 sit and gos and at that level there are a fair number of maniacs who will go all in at the drop of a hat. There is no rush to build a stack and most of the time when the blinds are low I do not play unless I have a premium hand or position. As the blinds increase and the number of players falls you have to start playing with weaker starting hands but you dont need to go mad.

i think that i may cheat a lot. think at this... i speak to 8 friends of mine and we all enter in a 10 player sit and go tournament... u all speak through skipe or messenger or phone and we will know each other's cards... the odds are ours and the chanses that our opponent to win are allmost 0, and think what the administrators can do. If u know other methods to cheat a little bit please reply

Be lucky! Just played a 6 seat sit an go and went out on the bubble. Had jj in late position and reraised all in when a loose player in early position raised to 4xbb. He had 88 and another j came on flop. Unfortunately he hit a straight on the river! Thats poker! Lol.

All depends on your table. Adjust accordingly and you should do fine.
