play each hand as it comes ,learn as much about the play style of others,u should know abit about half of other player because ,they were on the second last table as well.the big stack probly wont be splashing aroun chips anymore . this is a good opinion. just a little correction - as a bigstack you are pushing middle stacks cause they will almost always fold cause they know that shortstacks will be eliminated sooner...

As stated above play to win, there is nothing worse than playing a game to come 19th or 20th and times your money by 1.1%, always play to win...

I like to play it like a Sit N Go, ultra Tight/Agressive and then turn on the fireworks when you get to the mid-late stages. Obviously this is stack dependant.

If you are averaged stacked, pick your spots to bee aggressive and postion becomes very important.  If you are shortstacked, good time to gamble to win some blinds. If large stack, will pick spots to be aggressive and put pressure on people wanting to make the money or final table.

Do not call a smaller stacks all in unless you are a 50-60% favorite, i.e. pair of 8's or better.
It's poker....

every man for himself !!!!!!!!!!!!! although if 2 or more people call an allin then checking it down would be my only rule,i only bet in them situations if my opponent bets first no matter what im holding.unless you have the nuts this is great also be more agressive the blinds are high by now so blind steals really come into play
sry bout dinner but i won 20 in the tourney

I ususally play fairly tight for a while see what happens, stay out of trouble. Then is I get a big hand I will push. Quite amazing how many people will still call with rubbish on the final table

So much of the money goes to the top two places, you have to go for the win.
