I find it to be quite professionally run.
It can be a thankless job I'm sure - especially when things come up like last night's freeroll drama (I admit I was one of the guilty one's) that posted more than once about not receiving the pw. I think the staff handled it quite well.
I did get a response in my email eventually so thank you for this, it is the little things like this (a small gesture of acknowledgement), that makes a good forum among other things of course.
