Why Adaptation Is Necessary For Progression Adaptation is among the most basic instincts in most living creatures. It's the capability to adjust to surroundings and setting which allows a creature to endure. Adaptation could be looked at in many ways -- long term, short term, individual, an entire species, etc. Adaptation, to give it a simple definition for us people, is the love sayings the entire body to address uncomfortability.
