there's no limit,just one token per player.

What are the requierement to get this token if this tourney still in effect I don't see it on betmost.

Its once a month and the tournament is only created at the beginning of the next month. Tokens are issued directly in your BetMost account for members that referred at least one player which became a RMP players (deposited and play).
