Anyone else think Michael Phelps lost to the Serbian guy?..I swear in one of his last races the serb beat him to the wall...what a scandal, i think it was the 100m butterfly

Nope, Phelps took the extra stroke, while the Serbian guy opted to coast in and Phelps got the touch, but just barely.

it was to close to see in real time and i didnt see a slowmo but it isnt the 1st time ive herd this question. No taking anything a away from the guy awsome record 8 golds
