The Grand Series of Poker continues and has now reached the seventh edition. The total guaranteed prize pool is an amazing $3,100,000.
Between 25 September and 16 October 2011 there will be a total of
19 events with various buy-ins, all guaranteeing big cash. The focus on the GSOP events is primarily No Limit Texas Hold'em although we also offer Texas Hold'em limit, Texas Hold'em Pot limit, Pot Limit Omaha and Omaha hi/lo events.
For every day during the period, there is a new GSOP event starting at 20:00 CET. On Sundays there is also a Turbo or Mad Tilt tournament starting at 21:30 CET.
Each event winner receives a Grand Slam ticket and also earns points towards a leaderboard where the leaderboard winner gets a Gram Slam ticket. Remaining top 100 players will get a chance to compete for three more tickets to the final Grand Slam Final event with a buy-in of $5,000 and guaranteed prize pool of $400,000.
We will run a Last Chance qualifier 16 October 18.00 CET with a guarantee of six tickets to the Grand Slam Final. Players therefore have multiple chances of grabbing a Grand Slam Final ticket; winning one of the 18 GSOP events, finishing top 100 in the leaderboard, Last Chance qualifier or direct buy in. Regardless of what stakes your players favor, they will have multiple choices for a chance in the Grand Slam Final.
The Grand Slam Final will take place Sunday October 16 20:00 CET, the weekend after the last Event.
